In addition, Eco Positive also offers and manages unique emissions offset portfolios and CDM project development to reflect a client’s core values. Eco Positive provides the underlying information to enable confidence in offset projects and emissions reduction projects. Our knowledge and experience ensures that all projects are robust and accurately stated, ensuring maximum environmental and brand value.

Eco Positive:

• Carries out robust energy and environmental audits within the ‘factory gates’ or up to 8 levels up and down a supply chain.
• Demonstrates the commercial viability of reducing emissions and energy usage and makes cost saving and emission reduction recommendations.
• Where possible, will work to certify the reduction as a CER or VER.
• Encourages companies to intelligently offset what they cannot reduce.

Karl Boyce - CEO

Karl has a strong financial background with over 10 years experience in the City of London with Singer & Freidlander and Williams de Broe as an Investment Manager. Karl has excellent analytical and research skills backed up with a strong understanding of global carbon trading markets. Since co-founding Eco Positive he has worked on a range of international carbon management projects. Over the last year he has been instrumental in securing institutional investment into Eco Positive and building a highly credible network of consultants which now exceeds thirty. He’s currently leading an external working group of fund managers to structure and launch a number of environmental offshore projects.

Carl Hassan – CFO

Carl has over 20 years of experience of senior financial management positions with Ernst & Young, Virgin, Level 3, Cable & Wireless and was CFO of a UK based telecommunications company. Eco Positive co-founder Carl previously held a position as President of the Global Billing Association. He brings a robust commercial and financial acumen and has a highly successful track record of delivering blue chip business integration programmes.

Oliver Blakeman - Environmental Projects Director

Oliver leads an exhaustive team of specialist consultants under Eco Positive, covering all aspects of emission assessment, reduction and offset portfolio management. He has been responsible for developing core assessment and management programmes for Eco Positive, and facilitating a coherent and process driven approach to corporate sustainability. Oliver has extensive knowledge and experience working in emissions markets through offset portfolio development, project development and economic modelling activities. With an engineering background, he combines a scientific approach with a strong commercial understanding generated over a number of years experience developing both scientific methodologies and commercial emissions offset programmes for international businesses and NGOs. Oliver developed the first Carbon Balanced programme for the international conservation organisation, World Land Trust.

Ashley Harvey – Directors of Sales and Marketing

Ashley is a MBA graduate with over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the UK, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Ashley has worked with major clients such as Toshiba, Fujitsu, Singapore Airlines and Energis. Since joining Eco Positive he has worked on developing the brand, marketing the company and ensuring that Eco Positive is a recognised environmental consultancy throughout FTSE100 companies. With considerable business and analytical skills he has been able to understand the business drivers and associated business risks of climate change.
